Today I am thankful for:
~Ivy’s ridiculous photos of her yarn mountain.
~the post-holiday return of storytime.
~limiting my Starbucks consumption.
~kumquat season.
~a thoughtful husband.
~a fresh haircut, even if I’ll never make it look like the hair lady did.
~Pea’s love of books.
~my own love of books.
~"2008" sounding so future-y.
~my continued exercise enthusiasm. It’s only been a couple weeks, but it’s something.
~peppermint foot lotion.
~satellite radio.
~good sleep.
~successfully battling stuffy heads with humidifiers.
~weekends.
~mailing my last Christmas gift and finally starting on thank you cards.
~Pea drawing trees that look like trees.
~no damage or power loss after today’s big scary storm.
